description: Hi my name is Eduardo Villarroel, Im a lawyer and a businessman. I collect mapuche silverware (180 pieces,and stones such as the "clavas","mere okewa",and "piedras horadadas"(30 units). This collection was made to preserve the mapuche patrimony and it will be shortly be put on exhibit in one of the most important museums of chile. Ihave a lot of information in spanish and classifications ; I think I have one of the most important collections of stones and I posess unique pieces.

Mi interés en el tema se refiere a tomar contacto con coleccionistas de piezas y artículos Mapuches y tomar contacto con investigadores sea arqueólogos, Antropólogos y otros interesados en el tema del origen de este pueblo.-

Mi investigación radica especialmente en el posible contacto Este -Oeste o Oeste-este con la Polinesia, de donde serían originarios según algunos. -Para ello hay elementos de raza, lenguaje y piezas arqueológicas que permiten afirmar esta teoría.-

Quiero reunir toda la información posible sobre el tema y hacer un inventario de piezas existentes en colecciones privadas.-
